About

Intellectual Property, and the rules and case law that govern it, are constantly evolving.  This is especially true with respect to patents.  For example, how a patent practitioner would draft a patent application just 5 years ago is completely different than how one should draft an application today. The changes dictated by recent case law are so sweeping that a patent practioner's failure to understand the effects of these changes leaves a client at a substantial disadvantage. To learn more about these truly historic changes with respect to patent law, please see the "Patent Info" page.

Italia IP takes an approach to Intellectual Property that not only responds to the changes that are affecting each and every client, but also ensures that its clients obtain the greatest advantage possible.
